Financial Integrations and Bank Feeds. We utilize QuickBooks (by Intuit) as our primary accounting software platform. When you authorize us to connect your bank accounts, credit cards, payroll providers, or other financial institutions to QuickBooks, we securely receive transaction data, statements, and account balances directly from those sources. The information we receive from these third-party connections is read-only and is governed by the privacy settings and policies of your respective financial institutions.

How We Use the Information We Collect

We use the information we collect strictly to operate and improve our business, including:

• To provide, maintain, and deliver our bookkeeping and financial Services;

• To reconcile accounts, generate financial reports, and process transactions;

• To communicate with you, provide updates, and offer client support;

• For marketing and advertising purposes (Note: We never use your confidential financial data for marketing);

• In connection with secure generative AI applications used internally to improve efficiency (Note: We do not use your confidential financial or personal data to train public AI models);

• For compliance purposes, including enforcing our Terms of Use, complying with accounting industry standards, or responding to lawful governmental requests.

How We Share the Information We Collect

Service Providers. We share information with service providers (such as accounting software platforms, secure cloud storage, and payment processors) retained to help us provide our Services. They are bound by confidentiality obligations.

• Accounting Software (QuickBooks). We process, manage, and store your business and financial records using QuickBooks Online. By utilizing our Services, you acknowledge that your financial and personal data will be hosted and processed by Intuit Inc. to allow us to reconcile your accounts, run payroll, and generate financial reports. Intuit’s processing and storage of this data, which utilizes bank-level encryption and cloud security, is strictly governed by Intuit’s Global Privacy Statement.

Our Affiliates and Representatives. We may share your information with our affiliates and authorized representatives as needed to provide our Services.

Our Advertising and Analytics Partners. We work with partners to process analytics data and conduct advertising via cookies. These partners (such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft) collect information regarding your website interactions, but they do not have access to your confidential financial records.

As Required by Law. We may access, preserve, and disclose your information if required to comply with law enforcement requests, subpoenas, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of you, us, or others.

Our Communications. You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails. You will continue to receive administrative and account-related messages.
